Team Members

Steve Gunn has extensive office and field experience. He has worked as a carpenter, a self-employed general contractor, a manager for a local commercial building contractor, and as an independent cost estimator.

Bob Howarth is a lifetime member of the AIA, and has most recently achieved certification as a Construction Technologist in 2007. Bob also has a degree in Energy Management.

Steve Gribbin has 20 years of construction related expertise that he utilizes to support his cost estimating work. His experience includes steel fabrication, sealants, grouts, and railings.

Curt Offenbacher has been working in construction since graduating from OSU in 1971 with degrees in civil engineering and business administration. Curt’s expertise is sitework.
